My mom and step-dad visited this weekend. My mom wanted to do something special for the girls so she decided to buy them a fish.
The girls have been begging for a pet. Fortunately for me, our landlord does not allow cats or dogs. Not that I don’t love cats and dogs, because I do. I just don’t love the extra work and mess they create. I have told the girls that when they are 10 we can get a dog. (I’m hoping I’ll be able to keep that promise)
My mom took the girls to the pet store and allowed them to pick out their very own Beta. They then picked out his name.
